At Verstile, we aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

• No refunds will be provided for change-of-mind or size-related issues.
